Are you thinking about hiking Quandary or Mc Cullough Gulch on your next vacation?

Parking reservations are now required and there is also a Quandary Peak shuttle that is free and will operate from the Breckenridge Airport Road Lot from 5:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., 7 days a week and will run every 30 minutes.

Quandary Peak Parking Lot Reservations:

Half-day shift: 4am-11:30am ($20)

Half-day shift: 12pm-7:30pm ($20)

Full-day shift: 4am-7:30pm ($50)

3-hour shifts starting at 4am ($5) – These spaces are for McCullough Gulch hikers

Join the Town of Breckenridge Recreation Department naturalists for FREE themed hikes on Tuesday-Sunday! 😀

These tours are about 1.5 miles and will take up to 2 hours. Be sure to bring water, sunscreen, bug spray, sturdy shoes and weather-appropriate clothing.

The Cucumber Gulch wildlife preserve is Breckenridge's natural crown jewel, with moose, elk, beaver, wildflowers and over forty-seven species of birds living in the habitat.

Today is the opening day of the Epic Discovery Fun Park! 🎉

Summer operations launch this Friday with the return of Epic Discovery and the opening of Peak 8 Base Camp and the BreckConnect Gondola! Open activities will include the Alpine Slides, Gold Runner Coaster, Mini Golf, Bungee Trampolines, Gemstone Panning and our Kids Zipline, Ropes Course and Summer Tubing. With on-going mountain prep work, additional activities are set to open ahead of the Fourth of July holiday weekend, including scenic rides and bike hauls on the Colorado SuperChair, and activities at Alpine Camp.
