2 Bedroom Cottage:
Next to the Main House is a detached 2 bedroom 1,400 sq ft Cottage. Ambiance:
As you walk in the Main House front door, you feel the warm and natural tones, from the sandstone fireplace, mood lighting, beamed ceilings, cherry shutters at the windows, and the radiantly heated wood floors. Outdoors:
The spacious wood deck and patio features a Gas Grill that both properties share and incredible mountain views. The View of the snow covered mountains will get you out of bed and off to the slopes! Enclosed Hot Tub:
The Enclosed Hot Tub is a perfect place to wind down after a long and exciting day of hitting the slopes. Grab a drink and catch up with friends. The hot tub is shared by both properties. Proximity:
There is no need to rent a vehicle, because of the short walk to Main Street and the 2 block walk to the Peak 9 lifts. You can always use Summit Express for transport to and from the airport. Getting Here:
There is no airport in Breckenridge. The closest airports are Denver International Airport and Eagle County Regional Airport in Vail. Denver is about 1.5 hours away and Vail is about 1 hour away. Transport:
If you decide to rent a car, there are 2 Parking Spots with a heated driveway. More than 2 cars require a parking permit from Town Hall. Once you are in Breckenridge, you can walk the entire village.
