Let’s face it, I wouldn’t be here without a strong support team to lift me up. I may think my Genius Zone is endless, but let’s face it, IT’S NOT!
💵Frank, the Chief Financial Officer is the silent partner. He’s a master of money and really understands needs versus wants. So, when he has input we all listen.
🌲Ceara can see into the future. She’s our Chief Sustainability Officer, putting her expertise in Global Sustainable Tourism to work. She is protecting the sacred land where we are building Ponderosa Paradise for generations to come.
🧙♂️ Liam is our dreamer. He shares the financials with Frank, but he comes to the table with outlandish ideas, that somehow make it into the construction plans. Therefore, I crown him the Chief Imagination Officer.
🔨🦺Then there is Mekdes! She’s joining this family with energy, ideas and common sense. She gets her hands dirty and makes things happens. Most importantly, she let’s me know when I’m wearing no clothes. These are the best qualities I could ask for in a Chief Operating Officer.
