Fall around here means getting mountain homes ready for what's coming next.

We’ve spent the last few months working on this full re-roofing, siding and waterproofing project. It’s a big one, and the best news? It’s on time and on budget.

Just one of the many ways we’re taking care of properties now, so they’re ready when the snow starts flying.

Brand-new siding is up on this one, with paint coming next. It may not be the most glamorous property project, but these are exactly the kinds of maintenance details that keep a property looking cared for year after year.

And we have to say, the new siding looks pretty darn good already.
