Nestled on a magnificent forested cliff, The Lodge is five minutes from town center and noted for it’s rustic mountain charm. The Lodge at Breckenridge offers a mountain cabin feel with all the services you would expect from a world-class resort. Located only minutes from Breckenridge’s famous ski area and many other Rocky Mountain adventures. The resort's signature dining establishment, Traverse Restaurant and Bar is open daily from 5-10 pm with the bar opening at 4 with a Happy Hour that goes until 6pm. The Traverse culinary team demonstrates skill and creativity, providing an innovative variety of daily fresh selections and expertly prepared meals featuring local and sustainable ingredients, offering gluten and dairy free dishes as well.

Meet Andrea Valentina Portillo, a valued member of our team who has been returning seasonally since 2020!
As part of our Housekeeping team, Andrea takes pride in creating clean, comfortable, and welcoming spaces for our guests. She believes Housekeeping is one of the most important pieces of hotel operations, and her dedication shows in every room she prepares.
When asked about her favorite view, Andrea chose the breathtaking scenery from 208, a spot that still leaves her speechless. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, taking walks, and spending time with friends.
Fun fact: Andrea has lived in the U.S. for more than 8 years and has never been skiing... yet! She hopes to learn soon.
