Ullr the Norse God, or so the legend goes…has been celebrated in Breckenridge for 59 years. Quite a fun afternoon. If you come to enjoy the festivities, remember the chant “Ullr, Pray for snow” and bring your hat!

Busy day with the dog parade, Santa Run and Christmas Tree Lighting in Breckenridge. Beautiful snowfall made it perfect!

Firecracker 50 ride, part of the many 4th of July festivities! Starts on Main and ends in Carter Park next to Powder Ridge. I admire each and everyone of these riders who attempted this grueling ride! Great to see so many people coming out to cheer them on. And the Columbine are in full bloom. Spectacular!

Even with restrictions in place to keep us safe, Breckenridge is just as wonderful as always...still lovely with all the holiday lights. Plus a cozy face mask keeps you warm in the winter chill. I tried to do my part shopping local and returned home to enjoy some delicious Glögg and ginger snaps courtesy of a dear friend. Thanks Helena McCombie and God Jul!
