Labor Day Weekend | Sept. 4–6
🎨 First Friday Gallery Walk in Brevard
Downtown galleries stay open late with art, music, refreshments, and a great small-town atmosphere.
🍎 North Carolina Apple Festival
One of the biggest Labor Day traditions in Western North Carolina returns to downtown Hendersonville with food, entertainment, arts and crafts, family activities, and plenty of apples.
🏴☠️ Pirate Day in Rosman | Sept. 5
Headwaters Outfitters Outdoor Adventures hosts its annual end-of-summer celebration with live music, games, treasure hunts, costumes, food, paddling, tubing, and live mermaids.
✈️ WNC Air Museum Labor Day Weekend
Free admission Sept. 5–6 in Hendersonville.
