Dear Friends,

After more than sixty years, we will say "Good-bye" to our last renters at Linger Longer by The Sea on Saturday September 30. As many of you know, we will be offering the property for sale as individual units, beginning this fall. The property will be listed by Sotheby's Realty in Osterville, Massachusetts led by Colleen Riley and Jack Cotton. Further information will be coming soon.
