We are a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom that can sleep 9 including 1 king, 2 queens, 1 full, and 1 twin. We offer plenty of trailer parking! Indian Bluff Rentals has outdoor seating and a one of a kind fire-pit. Perfect location located less than a mile from the G1-G50 intersection so no trailering required. Our amenities include a full kitchen with all new appliances and utensils, all linens, an on demand

water heater so you will never run out of hot water, charcoal park grill, gas fireplace, Wi-fi, and satellite tv! Please contact for availability!

Rodney Braden, age 72 of Rocky Top, passed away on Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at his home. He was born on October 18, 1951 to the late Harry Carl and Betha Mae Birchfield Braden. Rodney was a beloved husband, father, and the best Papaw. He was a master craftsman with a servant’s heart. Rodney was a devoted deacon of Indian Bluff Baptist Church and was a 50 Year member of the Crystal Lodge #616. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by: sister, Kay Elizabeth Duncan; and bother-in-law, Perlie Duncan.
He is survived by: wife of 54 years, Janie Phillips Braden; sons, Rodney Dewayne Braden and wife Kay, and Jamey Braden; siblings, Richard Braden and wife Nettie, and Edith Ladd and husband Johnny; brother-in-law, Danny Phillips; grandchildren, McKenzie Alexis Braden, Kobe Dewayne Braden, and Kayla Marie Chapman; several nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.

The family will receive friends at the Leach Family Funeral Home and Cremation on Saturday, December 9, 2023 from 5-7pm with the funeral service to follow at 7pm with Rev. Greg Goodman and Rev. Jason Goans officiating. His body will lie in state at Indian Bluff Baptist Church on Sunday, December 10, 2023 from 2-3pm followed by the graveside service at 3pm in the church cemetery.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in honor of Rodney Braden to the Indian Bluff Baptist Church Building Fund at 3316 Briceville Hwy, Briceville, TN 37710.
