Day 71 Update

Flooring is in.
Interior paint is nearing completion.
Bathrooms are fully underway with vanities on site and ready to install.

Exterior work on the front building kicks off next week, and landscaping plans are set to go as soon as the weather breaks.

What started as a full tear-out is now taking shape.

The vision for The Warren Hotel is becoming real — a refined, intentional space designed for connection, relaxation, and an elevated stay along the Lake Michigan shoreline.

Still work to do.
But it’s coming together.

We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to elevate your next stay, and we couldn’t wait to share a sneak peek of the latest updates!

Within days, rooms were emptied, furnishings removed, and tear-out was complete.

The former Bridgman Inn has officially been stripped down, making way for the full transformation into The Warren Hotel, opening May 2026.

This is the messy middle.
Clearing space before we rebuild.

A New Chapter Begins in Bridgman.

We officially closed on this property January 30, 2026.

Within one week, tear-out was complete. Furnishings were donated to a great local cause. The former Bridgman Inn sign came down.

And just like that, a new era began.

Originally constructed in the 1950s as one of the area’s earliest roadside lodging establishments, this property has been part of Bridgman’s hospitality story for decades. In 2024, its footprint was restructured to 24 rooms. Now, under new ownership, it is being thoughtfully reimagined as The Warren Hotel.

This is not a light refresh. It is a comprehensive internal and external transformation.

Every guest room is being fully renovated with elevated finishes and carefully selected furnishings. Outdoor spaces are being redesigned to create intentional gathering areas that encourage connection and relaxation.

When we open in mid-May 2026, The Warren Hotel will feature:

• 24 fully renovated guest rooms
• In-ground pool
• Pickleball court
• Sauna
• Hot tub
• Fire pit gathering space
• Digitally enhanced self check-in

Located just minutes from Weko Beach and Warren Dunes State Park, our goal is to create an elevated home base for guests exploring the Lake Michigan shoreline.

Our vision is simple:
Honor the legacy. Refine the experience. Deliver something Bridgman can be proud of.

This project is being brought to life by 15–20 local contractors, and we are committed to building something that reflects the maturity and momentum of southwest Michigan as a destination.

Opening May 2026.
