♥BIG NEWS! Our lovely North Resort is officially for sale! ♥

We have absolutely loved owning this neighboring jewel. However, we have decided to focus our resources on completing our brand-new construction at the main resort. We are also excited to pursue some other long-awaited projects!

This is an incredible opportunity for the next owner. Property Highlights: Deeded water access to enjoy the beautiful lake. One-bedroom cottage perfect for a cozy owner's stay or rental. 7-unit hotel building ready to welcome guests and bring in income. This property is a true gem with endless potential.

We will miss it dearly, but we are so excited for its next chapter! Interested in learning more? Please reach out directly to Androvoise Realty for all inquiries, pricing, and viewing details: https://www.androvise.com/property/211-1676681-141-high-street-bridgton-ME-04009
