The wait is finally over! We promised a spring surprise, and here it is, Tarry A While’s newest addition: Chickadee Cottage!

In Maine, the chickadee symbolizes joy and curiosity, making it an ideal namesake for a place designed for exploration and relaxation. Not to mention, the chickadee holds the distinction of being the official state bird.

We can’t wait to welcome you back to the resort this summer and have you be among the first to “nest” in our newly named Chickadee Cottage. There’s something truly special about Maine in the warmer months—the morning song of our state bird, the fresh pine air, and the slow pace of life by the lake.
