This house will be plenty for a large family or multiple families, with sleeping for 10+ guests! All linens, bath towels, pool towels, soaps, shampoos, cleaning products included. Tucked away in an association neighborhood with playground & beachfront, we also boast a private (only for our house) in-ground pool, central AC, & open floor plan for dining indoors or out.
Many restaurants & things to do in Bristol, Newport 20 minutes south/Providence 20 minutes north! See the HUGE 4th of July parade, carnival, outdoor concerts, museums and gardens. You can also find us on HomeExchange #1677716 or Airbnb.
The weekly rate on Airbnb (including their booking fees) is $6411. Booking directly with us is $5125, including a $500 refundable security deposit, making the final total $4625. We send you a lease and once you've reviewed and signed, we take a 1/2 deposit at signing (over Paypal friends/family, Venmo, or mailed check) and then the remainder is due 2 weeks prior to check in. The house is fully insured for short term rentals.
