• Close to Rayburn Park & Five Fingers boat ramps
• Located near FM 705 & CR 459 (Broaddus / San Augustine County area)

• $550/month for site with RV Cover & Lean-To
• $450/month for site with RV Cover
• $300/month for uncovered site

We offer larger than average full hookup RV sites with the opportunity to make it your own - build your own patio, deck, cover, shed, etc

Enjoy our dedicated community space for large gatherings at our pavilion, onsite laundry, and updated internet service.

Annual lease prices are $300 per month - which includes water and WiFi - tenants pay own electric, as each site has its own meter.
