Good morning everyone. I have seen some posts about the alligator here at Powell Park. Gator country is coming out tomorrow to rehome him. Everyday at Powell Park is an adventure. 😃

We are having to make a schedule change to our cafe. Due to one of our cooks getting ill and having to take some time off we do not have enough cooks to maintain our current schedule. So, regrettably we will be closing another day. We will not be open on Mondays or Tuesdays. This will allow us to stay open full days for the rest of the week. We will be open Wednesday through Sunday 7am - 8pm. The store is open 7 days a week. If anyone is looking for a cooking job, full or part time, please call me at 214-212-6132. Try to stay Cool .
