OFFICIAL RULES — "The Malibu Free 2-Night Stay Giveaway"
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor. This giveaway is sponsored by Haute Vie Management LLC ("Sponsor"). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook/Meta. By entering, you release Facebook/Meta from any liability related to this promotion.
2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and contractors of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Entry Period. The giveaway begins on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at 12:00 PM CT and ends on Sunday, August 30, 2026 at 8:00 PM CT ("Entry Period"). Entries received after the Entry Period will not be counted.
4. How to Enter. To receive one (1) entry, complete all of the following during the Entry Period: (a) like the official giveaway post on the Haute Vie page; (b) follow the Haute Vie page; and (c) leave a comment on the giveaway post answering the prompt. One entry per person. Bonus entries: one (1) additional entry for sharing the giveaway post to your Facebook story, and one (1) additional entry for joining the Haute Vie email list at hautevie.biz during the Entry Period. Maximum of three (3) entries per person. Entries generated by automated means are void.
5. Prize. One (1) winner will receive a two (2)-night stay at The Malibu in Broken Bow, Oklahoma, for the fixed dates of Monday, September 7, 2026 through Wednesday, September 9, 2026 (check-out). Prize includes lodging and cleaning fee for up to eight (8) guests. Approximate retail value: $1,500. The prize is date-specific and cannot be rescheduled, exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash. If the winner cannot use the stay on these dates, an alternate winner may be selected. Travel to and from the property, meals, incidentals, and any damage deposit or claims are the winner's responsibility. Winner must sign Sponsor's standard rental agreement and comply with house rules and maximum occupancy.
6. Winner Selection & Notification. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about Monday, August 31, 2026. The winner will be announced on the Haute Vie page and contacted via Facebook message. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Taxes. Any applicable taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
8. Publicity. Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, likeness, and comments for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
9. General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud or technical failures compromise its integrity. Sponsor's decisions are final. By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any claims arising out of participation in the giveaway or use of the prize.
