$185 cleaning fee 5-6 guests using 3 beds
$175 cleaning fee for 3-4 guests / OR using 2 beds
$150 cleaning fee for 1- 2 guests or using 1 beds
*$350 Refundable Damage Deposit
Oregon & County Lodging Tax 8.5%

Cancellation Policy :
* 100% refund if cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival date
*50 % refund if Cancelled at least 15 days prior to arrival date
No- refund for cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival ~ will reschedule based on availability
