So close! We're 99% done with the remodel and super excited to share a sneak peek of the kitchen, dining room, living room, and game room. Check out the before and afters! Just the outside paint left, which is happening in April.

Construction is making steady progress! Painting, floors, and decks are almost finished…almost! Counters are rumored to be arriving this week, which is exciting news. Hoping to move in by the end of January, fingers crossed! We’re ready to declare victory and move in!😁

Things are really taking shape! We've stripped away the paneling in the bathrooms, hallway, and our bedroom. The open kitchen is a dream come true! Recessed lighting is next on the list, and we're gearing up to paint next week.

That back deck, though – it's a game-changer! We can't wait to relax out there with our patio furniture and fire pit. Unfortunately, the rain has put a bit of a damper on the deck construction.

Continue to check back on our progress, hoping to have all this done by new year’s! Fingers crossed! 🤞

Exciting progress! Kitchen beams are in place, ancient game room lights are gone, a new window will grace the second primary, and all old flooring is gone. The kitchen cabinets have arrived, and the decks are taking shape!

Our long-awaited remodel is finally underway! After months of planning, we're excited to see our vision come to life. We can't wait to share the journey with you!

We just updated our beach house pictures, hoping it will generate more bookings for our short term vacation rental which is listed on VRBO and on our property manager's website, Optimum Property Management. Maximum occupancy is 10, no pets allowed. Maximum number of vehicles is 4.
