6 years in business renting our own properties in Central Oregon and helping others! We are Superhosts since 2017 so if you list under our profile your home will get more recognition. Hiring a CoHost for a small percentage fee of 15% from your bookings lets you keep as much control as you would like. You will be able to see all the work I do such as communication with guests, calendar and pricing management, reviews, etc. I schedule the cleaners and handyman or any other property needed services while you get to kick back and watch your bank account grow.
