Rosebud RV Park Rosebud RV Park is a seasonal RV park located on the shores of Lake Traverse. Thanks, and remember at Rosebud RV Park, there's nothing to do... but relax!

Rosebud RV park is a seasonal park located on Lake Traverse, a border lake between Minnesota and South Dakota. We offer waterfront and back lots to provide you with an 'in the action' or secluded vacation experience. Our RV season begins April 16th and ends October 15th and offers many amenities that allows for persons of every age to enjoy their stay. Some of our amenities include: a fishing pier, sandy beach, playground, basketball court, soccer field, miles of rolling nature trails, and so much more! We also have a community building called "The Lodge" which provides the park with an opportunity to host many events for our park guests! And just like that… another season comes to a close at Rosebud RV Park. ❤️

The campers have headed home, the chairs are empty, the campground has grown quiet, and the leaves are beginning to fall. It’s always a bittersweet time of year around here.

What was once filled with laughter, golf cart rides, campfires, kids playing, and friends gathering is now settling in for a long winter’s rest.

But what a season it was!

To our campers who make Rosebud feel like family, and to the new faces who became friends along the way- THANK YOU. Thank you for the memories, the laughter, the friendships, and for choosing to spend your summers with us.

A campground is just a piece of land until the people who fill it make it something special. And you all make Rosebud pretty darn special.

So here’s to the memories made in 2026, the friendships that will last far beyond summer, and all the good times still waiting for us in 2027. Until the campfires are burning and the golf carts are rolling again… we’ll miss you! ❤️

We’re officially in the home stretch of another Rosebud season. ❤️

All docks will be coming out October 3rd, so please make sure your boats and lifts are out by then as well!

It’s always a little bittersweet watching the lake empty out and another summer come to an end. Thank you all for another season full of campfires, lake days, golf cart rides, events, laughs, and so many good memories.

Another reminder is that we will be turning off the water for the park on October 15 and we will be closing up & chaining the entrances to the park on November 15.

The clock is ticking! We are officially ONE WEEK AWAY from 2027 seasonal contracts being due!

Haven’t turned yours in yet? Now’s the time to quit using it as a coaster on the kitchen counter and get that baby signed. OPEN SITES WILL BE RELEASED SEPTEMBER 8TH! If we don’t have your contract by then, your site will be up for grabs.

We love our Rosebud crew and hope to see all your smiling, sunburnt, beer-holding faces back in 2027.
