It's official, our US farmhouse and property, formerly known generally as Inn Serendipity, is now for rent. We were unable to locate a buyer last year, so now we are seeing if there is interest in a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house, powered by the sun.

Since we could not attract any acceptable real estate offers since few people are getting raises or salary increases fast enough to keep up with inflation (and "death pledge", mort-gage interest rates), it looks like we might need to rent our farm starting in March, 2025. Lisa Kivirist and my first visitor to Tamme, in Jaagupi, Estonia (Inn Serendipity Eesti). Missed the driveway....Had a clear path with fewer trees from the Baltic Sea side of the property. Happy Halloween.

3 Separate FREE Bays / Areas inside buildings

This FRIDAY, June 7, from 7am to 5pm. ONE LAST DAY ONLY

Kitchenware, kids games, speakers, blankets, sheets/linens, dishes, glassware, tools, collectibles, books, music CDs, VHS, household and seasonal decor, construction supplies (grout, shades, light bulbs, hardware), tech items like keyboards and chargers), some furniture, office supplies (like staplers, envelopes, printer paper), spools of butcher block paper, garden supplies (bamboo posts, water cans, trowels), small electrical appliances (like vaporizers, lamps), storage containers, chairs, and holiday lights, and much more!

New addition: larger free furniture items.
We have FREE full size adjustable bed, dresser/bookshelves, desks, shelves on wheels, and other items which which will need help to move out and into your pick-up, van, trailer, or SUV. These are located inside buildings, so if interested, just ask about them when you arrive.

PLEASE BRING BOXES AND PACKING MATERIAL for those fragile items, and have space in your car/truck. We do not have boxes, bags and packing materials.

Signs will direct you to the three open buildings where various items are displayed. No need to come to back door or contact us during the hours of operation. We cannot provide updates on what is available and what is not, since it will be too difficult to keep track. Come early for the best selection.

Address (15 minutes southwest of Monroe, WI): W7843 County Road P, Browntown (comes up as Inn Serendipity in Google maps).

We have three separate "FREE Bays" inside buildings with 100-percent free items. No holds. First come first served. Come early for the best selection. PARK CAREFULLY ON ROAD (with tires clearly off the road to keep the Police happy) and WALK IN. For larger items, we can remove barriers once you have collected your free items so you can pull in with a car, pick-up truck or van to load if needed. While there are some $1 or $3 stickers on some items in the sample photos, everything in these buildings displayed will be, in fact, FREE.

Depending on the situation and traffic, we can possibly show you these items you are here if time permits and you are interested.

Come early for the best inventory! We are NOT able to respond to individual messages on items. There are a lot of items and variety and we will not be able to keep up with what moves and when. Everything given away “as is” and is not returnable. We will have an electrical outlet set up if you want to test things before leaving property. Thanks.
