Hi Folks, Happy Rainy Thursday & Local’s Night!

Made a bunch of yummy specials today….I had a guest ask if I have ever added corn to my haddock chowder?? No, but why not right. So I picked up some Wyman’s Sweet Corn & threw it in! Very very good, thank you for the suggestion!

Plus I got a case of fresh chicken tenderloins. A ton of work as we remove the membrane & the tendon but it is worth it. They are amazing, try some!

Hi Folks! Remember it’s Local’s night at Wildwoods and tonight I have Golumpkis!!!

I got some GORGEOUS heads of cabbage from Wymans. Thank you they literally were the best heads since I have been making these.

I am posting this early as my phone has been blowing up with guests asking, ‘ Are they on special tonight’ as they know I only make them in August with fresh cabbage.

Miss you everyday Gramma Stella & yes, I had a beer with you last night while I prepped the cabbage. Thank you for teaching me how to make the best two Polish recipes from our heritage; Golumpkis & Pierogies. Love you 🍻
