✨ Behind the Design | Meet Hannah Williams, Event Logistics Manager

With more than four years of hands-on experience in the events industry, Hannah Williams brings organization, adaptability, and a get-it-done mindset to every Beachview Events project. As Event Logistics Manager, she thrives on taking complex plans and turning them into successful, seamless event experiences.

With a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management, Hannah pairs her industry knowledge with hands-on experience in the field. From navigating unexpected challenges to coordinating the many moving pieces behind an event, she is committed to seeing each project through from start to finish and making sure no detail is overlooked.

Hannah’s passion for learning, problem-solving, and bringing a team’s vision to life makes her an important part of what happens Behind the Design at Beachview Events.

Outside of work, Hannah is an avid horseback rider and enjoys spending time with her family and animals. ✨

With more than 14 years at Beachview Events, Jena Long brings a deep understanding of our clients, our company, and the details that make each event successful. Her journey with Beachview began in sales and event design, where she developed a strong understanding of client needs and the importance of delivering an exceptional experience from beginning to end.

A graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Business Administration in Marketing, Jena combines her industry experience with years of business insight to help guide Beachview’s continued growth. Her thoughtful leadership, client-focused mindset, and commitment to strong relationships have made her an integral part of the Beachview team.

Outside of work, Jena enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. She values balance, integrity, and meaningful relationships—qualities that continue to shape the way she leads and serves those around her.

With 38 years in the hospitality industry—including 23 years as a resort hotel general manager—Jimmy Dunn brings a lifetime of leadership, operational excellence, and genuine Southern hospitality to Beachview Events. His passion for creating exceptional guest experiences and building strong, motivated teams has made him an invaluable part of our company.

Known for his upbeat personality and people-first approach, Jimmy believes great events are built on kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. Whether he’s coordinating operations behind the scenes or supporting our team in the field, his commitment to excellence helps ensure every event runs seamlessly.

Beyond Beachview, Jimmy has dedicated more than a decade to serving as Vice President of the Georgia Chapter of the Marty Lyons Foundation, helping grant wishes to children with life-threatening illnesses. When he’s not working or volunteering, you’ll likely find him on the golf course or spending time with his wife and two daughters.

A custom backdrop, designed to frame an unforgettable celebration. ✨

For this beautiful wedding at Charleston’s The Cooper, we created a custom stage backdrop that complemented the venue’s architecture while giving the reception its own distinctive focal point. This celebration also included several custom-built elements throughout the space, showcasing the skill of our custom builds team and our passion for bringing unique event visions to life. We’re honored to have been part of such an incredible day.
