Please remember these will ALWAYS be made fresh to order...so 24 notice is needed...which means you still have plenty of time for your holiday parties this weekend...isn't about time to introduce your Friends and Family to their new favorite thing???

Ok Folks...Sorry for the disappearance...but I'm back...I'm laid up with a bum knee but I've arranged some help and should be able to fill any holiday orders y'all may want right up until Christmas eve...the break down will be this

-Bacon Blooms will be $25 for a dozen(I always do 13 in a dozen) assorted unless you specify(example: all milk or all dark chocolate)

-Bacon Bark will be $10 a container(moving forward it will become $10 a pound BUT right now the containers are bigger so you will be getting more for the price...think of it as a Holiday special)
Specify white/milk/dark chocolate

-The party tray will be $70 and will include 24 assorted Bacon Blooms and a giant slab of mixed Bacon Bark(white/milk/dark)

-Local delivery may be available depending on the day/time needed but at the very least we can arrange a suitable meeting place centrally located

Ok...so an update for those interested in gift boxes and party trays for the upcoming holiday season...
Right now I have found packaging that I think will work beautifully and will be doing a test run later their week to make sure but what I am hoping to be able to provide you with is this...

A 12 count box of Bacon Blooms this will be by default 3 milk chocolate, 3 dark chocolate and 2 each of white, red and green (white) chocolate...but can be any combination you want...

Or...and this has me very excited...

A 24 count party tray of assorted Blooms
Same ratio by default(6 6 4 4 4) unless specifically requested...BUT...this will be coming with a new product as well...Bacon Bark...your 24 blooms will be sitting atop disks of chocolate that once you get through the Blooms you can break and share with Family and Friends...

Bacon Bark is exactly what it sounds like...
large thin disks of chocolate(again.white, dark and milk) filled with lots and lots of crispy tiny pieces of bacon...yes, I did actually manage to get the bacon to stay crispy...the mad scientist in me and the bacon aficionado agreed that it could be no other way...

Later this week when I make the test batch and make sure it will all fit and look spectacular I will release some pics and the prices...again I am doing my best to keep the costs low where I can and to make sure you have nothing less than a premium candy to impress and occasionally perplex the minds and palates of your Loved ones...Thanks again for you patience...-Mike

Ok Peoples...you asked and I'm listening...right now I am trying to put together packages for the holidays...
I will be spending the next few days sourcing and pricing out boxes and trays so I can put together something amazing for ya'll to take to all those Family and work gatherings that will be coming up in the next couple of months...keep an eye on this page for announcements and as always just ask if you have any questions...-Mike
