💫 Nightly rate: $140.00/night plus taxes
Weekly rate:$400/week plus taxes
💫 $140.00 refundable deposit due when paying to book(will receive upon checkout if no damages or missing items)
💫 $40 cleaning fee due before checkout
💫 Sleeps 2: Max 4 guests allowed (adequate floor space for air mattresses or sleeping bags-suggested for more than 2 guests)
💫 no smoking, no pets
💫 Provided: bed sheets/comforter, 4 towels/washrags, all kitchen essentials, bbq pit upon request (no extra charge), picnic table, fire ring, two parking passes, access to private restrooms, laundry room, electricity, water and sewer included, designated fishing access from the bank
💫 permanent residency and long term rentals are not accepted.
