While our Airbnb offers its own private beach for a peaceful lakeside escape, you’re also just a 5 minute walk from Mueller Lake’s public beach if you’re looking for a change of scenery.

The public beach features a sandy swimming area, a pavilion that’s perfect for picnics, and a public boat launch for easy access to the lake. Whether you prefer the privacy of our shoreline or want to enjoy a livelier beach atmosphere, you’ll have the best of both worlds just minutes away.

Just 18 miles from our Airbnb, Jack Lake Recreation Area is one of Langlade County’s hidden gems and the perfect place to experience Wisconsin’s beautiful Northwoods.

🏖️ Cool off at the crystal-clear, spring-fed Jack Lake, featuring a sandy swimming beach, fishing pier, and a non-motorized lake that’s perfect for kayaking or paddleboarding.

🚴 Bring your bike! The area offers approximately 12 miles of mountain biking trails for riders of all skill levels.

If you’re heading into Antigo during your stay, grab a coffee from or The Brown Mug and take a little stroll through the Springbrook Trail. This peaceful trail winds through beautiful Northwoods scenery and is perfect for a morning walk or bike ride. ☕️🍃🚲

Who needs TV when the fish put on a show all day? 🐟👀

One of our favorite things about Crystal Sand Cottage is being able to sit on the dock and watch the fish swimming below in the crystal clear water.
