This is a 2005 Keystone Cooper Canyon Trailer under a cover with a built on deck. It is located in Camp Greenbird 🏕 in Bryson City. It is permanently set, cannot be moved. This camper is located on the largest site in the campground with a private driveway. The lot rent is $600/mo which includes water, trash, sewer, lawn maintenance, pool access, 24 hr security and on-site laundry for $2.50/load. The community offers activities and involvement all year round. The campground does require a background check, no outdoor cats and dogs are okay as long as they are not aggressive or loud consistent barkers.

Unfortunately someone is scamming people with a home for rent in our park.
We have rentals from time to time but we would never ask for money for an application fee. In fact we don't use cards at all so please do not pay anyone, it is a scam. I'm sorry to the people taken by this but it has nothing to do with Camp Greenbird.
