are really just minutes from everything there is to do in the area. The Mountain Forager Cabin is the perfect cabin for all of your outdoor adventures in the Smokies. This cabin is in the Nantahala Gorge, where within 10 minutes you will find whitewater rafting, zip lining, kayaking, horse back riding, gem mining, canopy tours, mountain bike riding, hiking, fly fishing, fishing on Lake Fontana, the Smoky Mountain Railroad (Polar Express), the casino with bowling or boat rentals. After a full day of area activities relax on the large front screened porch with a beautiful sunset and a mountain view in the winter or the back deck with gas grill, fire pit, hot tub and a woodsy view. If you need to relax and get away from your busy life this cabin has a beautiful woodsy setting, a hot tub right out the back door, a grill a fire pit and a beautiful stone fireplace for the perfect relaxing vacation. WE ARE CURRENTLY UPDATING SOME DECOR TO MODERNIZE THE CABIN. All of the amenities and necessities will be the same and then some but the decor of the cabin will look a little different. We will post new pictures as we proceed. In the pictures the master has a queen bed but it now has a King. We are just waiting on the new bedding.
