1870 – 1878 A. A. Waite owned the property until 1878.
1878 – 1885 Mrs. J.A.D. Adams built sanatorium which burned down in 1885.
18?? – 1911 Gabe Durst build a hotel on the property which also burned to the ground.
1940s Small country store, laundry, cabin(s) & soaking in a horse trough
1950s-1987 Jump Steady at times a bar, lodge, cabins and western themed shop.
Nov. 1987 Jump Steady purchased by Cathy Manning and Dian Sage. Built the pools, refurbished the lodge and cabins. Built the first Medicine Wheel.
2002 First mud slide damage
