My apolize to all my customers. We have been short staffed for a while now. People just not avaliable. The crew I do have are working really hard trying to stay on top of it. Sorry for your inconvenience. We have been thru a lot here over the years,road construction.replacing the bridge,mudslide, fires. Regulations that made it almost impossible to operate. But we all believe that we will get thru this. Thanks for your understanding.

Job Description
We are looking for the perfect person to work at our housekeeping department. If you have experience in the hotel/spa industry, we’d like to meet you. We have 13 lodge rooms, 2 dormitories, 5 cabins and a house rental you would share the responsibility of cleaning and maintaining presentability with our housekeeping team! Ultimately, you will help create a healing, pleasant and memorable stay for our guests staying with us.

Responsibilities

-Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
-Clean rooms and cabins to a detail oriented standard

We are looking for a Front Desk Night Auditor to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. The Front Desk Night Auditor responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations, selling pool passes and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the hotel/spa industry, we’d like to meet you. We are also willing to train the right person. Ultimately, you will help create a healing, pleasant and memorable stay for our guests both staying with us and also just soaking with us for the day. This position requires someone who is a leader, possesses the ability to resolve conflict, can work by yourself and can stand firm in decisions.

Responsibilities

Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
Manage phone reservations
Sell pool passes
Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
Assist guests in booking massages
Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, pools and amenities
Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
Close down the facility and secure the property
Count down cash register, prepare cash deposit and closing documents
Watch security cameras for guests sneaking into the pools

We are looking for a part-time thorough housekeeper with excellent cleanliness standards to attend all areas of our facilities. The goal is to enhance customer experience by keeping our facilities in clean and orderly condition. This position will be 3 days a week and also have a possibility of filling in on other days.

Responsibilities

Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits
Deliver excellent customer service
Create daily job lists and record all serviced rooms
Maintain equipment in good condition
Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform others when required
Check stocking levels of all consumables
Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws
