This property has been here for many many years it was once a hotel. Later it became an RV park and there was a sandwich shop. The facility has gone through a couple different owners and has been a couple other storage facilities. ed out here to Bullhead City this year to start on the renovations and improvements on the facility. They want to improve the beauty of the place and give it life again like it once had. The improvements will take time, but they are coming along.This storage facility has covered and uncovered units for storing recreational vehicles, and/ or personal vehicles. Our facility is clean and secure, you have 24 hour access to your property, unlike some facilities were they have to be open in order for you to get to your property, and some places, they have to get your property out for you. Most of our tenants store their personal boats and water crafts here, all year around and some only during the summer season. A lot of our tenants are from out of town but some are locals as well. We have the lowest prices in town and we are located only a couple miles up hwy 68 from the entrance to Lake Mohave so we are in a great location.
