New expanded shuttle schedule effective December 18, 2021! A heads up for all our guests arriving to or departing from SFO Airport. Our shuttle service is available daily but during limited hours due to COVID. Please see the temporary shuttle schedule and pickup areas.

Front Desk Agent - 2 Full Time positions available immediately.
5 Shifts are from 3pm-11pm anywhere Monday-Sunday
4 Shifts are either from 7am-3pm Saturday-Sunday and PM shifts during the week

General Description: Process guest arrivals and departures according to all necessary payment types.
Receive payment by cash, credit cards.
Communicate with all hotel departments efficiently and maintain the function board in the hotel lobby.
Confirm sufficient supplies are ready and available to last the entire shift and count and record inventory items.
Communicate with guests via telephone, email, or third party messaging systems.
Cross reference reservations on hotel management system and third party websites.
Maintained appropriate documentation via data entry system.
Assist in filing and archiving documents.
Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and closing of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
Greet customers entering establishments.
Make reservations

Rear-Door Boarding & Suspension of Fare Collection: Beginning Wednesday, March 25, SamTrans will begin rear-door boarding on buses with multiple doors in its fixed route service until further notice. ADA passengers and riders needing assistance will still be able to board through the front doors.
