🇺🇸 LABOR DAY WEEKEND AT TURTLE RUN! 🇺🇸

I knew Labor Day Weekend was getting close when the pumpkins started coming out early! 🎃

First, a huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out and made last weekend’s 50s Party such a great time! 🎶🕺 A special thank you to Poppa Q BBQ for the amazing food, and a big thank you to the girls for all their help making everything come together! ❤️

Now onto Labor Day Weekend! 🇺🇸🐢

Hello Runners! 👋🐢

This weekend we’re throwing it back for our 50s Party! 🎶🍔🕺 The Poppa Q BBQ boys will be cooking up some great food for everyone, and you’re more than welcome to bring a dish, dessert, snack, or anything else you’d like to add to the table!

🍽️ Food will be ready at 4 PM on Saturday, so come hungry and ready for a fun night! Break out those poodle skirts, leather jackets, and 50s outfits if you have them! 🎸✨

And believe it or not, next weekend is Labor Day Weekend, which also means we’re getting close to the end of summer. 😭☀️ Labor Day Weekend will be the closing weekend for the pool, so make sure to get those last swims in while you can! 🏊‍♂️

A couple campground reminders:
• Seasonal contracts and deposits are past due if you haven’t turned yours in yet.
• Electric bills are still due for anyone with an outstanding balance. Please stop by the office and get those taken care of as soon as possible.

You may notice a new concrete patio on one of our sites! If you like how it turned out and are interested in having a concrete pad installed on your site stop by the office and talk to us!

Hello Runners!

First, we are still missing a few seasonal contracts and $500 deposits that were due last week. If you haven’t turned yours in yet, please get it to the office as soon as possible so we know your plans for next season.

⚡ We also still have overdue electric bills. Please stop by the office and get those taken care of. Thank you to everyone who has already turned in their contracts and stayed up to date!

🎳 THIS WEEKEND — Wii Bowling!
We are hoping to have some fun with Wii Bowling this Saturday, but unfortunately Mother Nature may have other plans for us. 🌧️ As of right now, with the weather forecast, it is looking like we more than likely will NOT be able to have it. We’ll keep everyone updated if anything changes!

🎶 BUT NEXT WEEKEND… WE’RE ROCKIN’ AROUND THE CLOCK! 🎶

Get ready for our 50s Party Weekend! 🕺💃🎸

And unlike this weekend, the 50s Party is happening RAIN OR SHINE! ☀️🌧️

Break out the poodle skirts, leather jackets, slicked-back hair, and your best 50s outfits! We’ll have our BBQ, plenty of 50s music, and a great night together.

A few important reminders for everyone as we head into the weekend!

📄 SEASONAL CONTRACTS ARE DUE THIS SATURDAY, AUGUST 15TH!
Your signed 2027 seasonal contract along with your $500 deposit is due by Saturday to hold your site for next season.

💳 Monthly Payment Plans:
If you are doing monthly payments, I need to know which card you would like us to use for your payments.

🏕️ NOT RETURNING NEXT YEAR?
If you are not returning for the 2027 season, I need to know by Saturday as well. You will need to stop by the office and sign a non-returning seasonal form.

⚡ ELECTRIC BILLS:
There are still outstanding electric bills. Please stop by the office and get those taken care of as soon as possible.

First, a HUGE thank you to Vickie & Lisa for putting together such a great Color Party last weekend! 🌈 We hope everyone had an awesome time!

📣 A couple important reminders:
⚡ Electric bills are out and are due to be paid.

📄 2027 Seasonal Contracts: Your signed contract AND $500 deposit are due AUGUST 15TH — NEXT WEEKEND! Your deposit must be turned in with your signed contract to hold your site for next season.

Don’t forget that your 2027 seasonal contracts and $500 non-refundable deposit are due by August 15th to reserve your site for next season. If you have any questions, stop by the store!

💡 Electric Bills
If you haven’t already, please stop by the store to pay your electric bill. Thank you!

🎨 Color Party – Saturday!
🕒 3:00 PM – Set up your tables and decorations on the picnic tables around the tent. One table per color.
🎉 4:00 PM – The Color Party officially begins!

👧🧒 Kids Activity
We’ll have a Sand Art table set up during the Color Party so the kids can create their own colorful masterpieces while everyone celebrates!

Hello Runners!

📄 Seasonal Contracts – Contracts for the 2027 season will be available this weekend. A $500 non-refundable deposit is due by August 15th to reserve your site for next season. If you have any questions about your contract, stop by the store and we’ll be happy to help!

🍦 Ice Cream Social – Saturday at 7:00 PM! Join us Saturday evening for our Ice Cream Social! We’ll be serving delicious hand-dipped ice cream with a variety of toppings. Come out and enjoy a sweet treat with your campground friends!

🎨 Color Party – We only have 2 colors remaining! If you’d like to participate, be sure to stop by the store before they’re gone.

🚙 Golf Cart Olympics – Unfortunately, last weekend’s rain forced us to postpone the games. We had hoped to reschedule for this weekend, but with the forecast not looking very promising, we’ll wait for better weather. We’ll announce the new date as soon as it’s set!

🌫️ Air Quality Reminder – Smoke from the Canadian wildfires has made its way into our area, so air quality may not be the best this weekend. Please take it easy if you’re spending time outdoors, especially if you’re sensitive to smoke. If you need a break from the haze, stop into the store, grab some food, and enjoy a little time indoors.
