A very special event, Dark Sky on the Square (Update: April 17 only, 7:30–10:30 PM), will bring telescopes, astronomers, and constellation tours to downtown—with lights dimmed for the full experience. Enjoy late-night shopping and specials along Main Street!

We had some special visitors that paased through the motel this morning to help kick off the Old Timey Festival. These pack mules played a vital role in the days after Hurricane Helene, carrying food and water to people who couldn’t get out.

A huge thank-you to them and to everyone who stepped up during that time. We’re so grateful to be part of such a strong and caring community!
