"I was unexpectedly stranded in the area due to a delayed flight. Delta made accommodations for me to stay at the AmericInn – which I had never heard of before. I was quite pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel. I particularly wanted to acknowledge two employees: Walter (front desk) and Katie N. Both employees went out of their way to help my daughter and I, for which I will be forever grateful. We arrived extremely late to the hotel, and hadn’t eaten in nearly 24 hours due to flights. Thanks to them we were able to find food and made to feel very welcome. The kindness of strangers never ceases to amaze."

We just received this letter from a guest that stayed here. This is truly the reason we are in Hospitality. We have a great staff here that works hard to make it possible for each guest to have this kind of experience! The actual guest letter reads:

My family stayed at the AmericInn last Saturday and I wanted to share that from the moment we called to make a reservation with Walter – he was truly amazing- accommodating, friendly, happy and great with all of us and the kids. At night we also enjoyed Regan who again was very friendly and informative of how to book the pool hours.

We will definitely come back and spread the word of the amazing service, cleanliness that your hotel has. During times where Service and Cleanliness are essential we cannot be thankful enough for having been able to do a “little get away” feeling safe and cared for by your staff.
