We have acquired an adorable home in Burnsville ,NC that we want to share with you!
The Riddle family is deeply rooted in this town and Chuck inherited property on a mountain there. This property is special because Chuck’s father was a dreamer, and his dream was to build a shortwave radio tower on top of that mountain to broadcast the gospel around the world. He even had a non-profit called “World For Christ Radio”.
Charlie passed away 10 years ago and we want to honor his heart and his dream. We probably won’t put a radio tower there but we know we are the ones carrying the mantel of using it for a divine purpose.
On a trip to the land in October, we stayed at The Vacay Chalet. We fell in love with the place right away and on the same day we arrived for our stay, a for sale sign was placed in the yard.
Three months later, by God’s grace and provision, we became the new owners.
It sleeps 10 and is a 3 min drive or 13 min walk to downtown Main Street.
