The Timbers of Butler is under new management!
We have units available to for weekly and monthly rentals.
Rates:

Single bed:
$200 weekly/$700 monthly
(1 person or married couple)
$50 per week additional per person

Double bed:
$300 weekly/$950 monthly
(1 person or married couple)
$50 per week additional per person

All monthly rates must be paid in full, no partial payment.
Small pets are welcomed with a $100 nonrefundable deposit and an additional $25 per week or $100 per month.

With spring just around the corner here at the Timbers of Butler we have several rooms available quiet friendly neighborhood with a gas station across the street that serves fresh hot pizza 24 seven fresh hot chicken wings 24 seven and many more other snacks and amenities we also have a very nice clean laundromat next-door for you to access just a few steps outside your front door. Our weekly rates are 199. Our monthly rates are 699. We now offer three nights stays nothing below three nights so when you call if you’re looking for a three night , stay or a one week stay or a monthly stay inquire by calling the front desk Im your new office manager my name is Dawn I’m looking forward to meeting you i’m looking forward to you becoming a part of our community so if you’re looking for a place to stay, whether it be three nights one week one month or several months, please give me a call or stop into the office. We are open from 9 AM till 6 PM and on many occasions I stay open late.
