We know a lot of you have been asking when we’d have a dome where your four-legged family members could come along… **well, it’s finally here!**

The Fur Seasons sleeps up to 4 and includes everything you’ve come to expect from Return To Roots — **private hot tub, smokeless fire pit, king bed + loft, full bathroom, kitchenette, covered patio, grill, EV charger and more** — and you can bring **up to 2 dogs with no size restriction!**

For the first time, you can now **BOOK DIRECTLY WITH US** through our website!

Booking The Fur Seasons directly means we can cut out the third-party management fees from the hosting company we’ve been using — helping us keep more of your booking right here with our small, locally owned business.

Over the next couple of weeks, we’ll be transitioning our other three domes to **direct booking as well**. During this time, unfortunately we cannot accept any new bookings for those three domes, but they will be back open as soon as possible.  Hopefully by the end of next week or the beginning of the following one. We are not fully booked up for the next two years!  if you’re looking for specific availability for bookings in the next month or two, just hop on the website and send us a request or give us a call. We will announce it once everything is back open.

Our fourth and final dome of Phase 1 is officially coming together, and we’re pretty excited to introduce…

🐶 THE FUR SEASONS 🐶

This one is for all of you who look at your dog and think, “Yeah… you’re coming too.” 😂

The Fur Seasons will be our pet-friendly dome, so you can escape to Return To Roots without leaving your favorite four-legged travel buddy behind.

We moved most of the furniture in today, and this weekend is all about stocking, staging, decorating and putting on the finishing touches. 📸 Professional photos are happening Wednesday, and we’re hoping to have The Fur Seasons LIVE and available to book by the end of next week!

🌳 When we chose the name Return To Roots, we meant it. 🌳

We’re not just building a glamping resort—we’re building something that will grow for generations.

So far, we’ve planted:

🌲 127 trees
🌿 19 shrubs & bushes

Our foresty friends includes:
• 32 Green Giant Arborvitae
• 33 Autumn Blaze Maples
• 18 Redbuds
• 17 Skyline Locusts
• 13 Norway Spruces
• 10 Leatherleaf Viburnums (8 are still hanging in there! 😂)
• 9 Magnolia Bushes
• 5 Pin Oaks
• 3 Swamp White Oaks
• 3 October Glory Maples

Oh… and we’ve spread roughly 1,200 pounds of grass seed. 🌱 But who’s counting? 😅

💚 Fun fact: Once these trees reach maturity, they’ll collectively capture an estimated 6–10 tons of carbon dioxide every year. We love knowing that every guest who visits will get to enjoy a little more shade, a little more beauty, and a little more nature with each passing season.
