Dome #3 at Return To Roots Resort is LIVE and ready for bookings! 🎉

Introducing 5 O’Clock Somewhere — our tiki-inspired, happy-hour-loving little slice of paradise. We wanted this dome to feel like you walked into permanent vacation mode…and I think we may have gotten a little carried away. 😂

Inside you’ll find tropical vibes, retro touches, a king bed, cozy loft, full bathroom, kitchenette and plenty of spots to kick back with your favorite drink.

And outside? Your own covered tiki-style patio complete with a private hot tub, grill and plenty of room to relax. 🌺🔥🍹

Dome #3 is officially all grown up and almost ready for its big debut!

Here’s your first little sneak peek at 5 O’Clock Somewhere — our brand-new tiki bar / happy hour-inspired dome of fun. Think tropical vibes, cold drinks, hot tub nights, and absolutely no reason to check your watch. 😎🌺

🌳 When we chose the name Return To Roots, we meant it. 🌳

We’re not just building a glamping resort—we’re building something that will grow for generations.

So far, we’ve planted:

🌲 127 trees
🌿 19 shrubs & bushes

Our foresty friends includes:
• 32 Green Giant Arborvitae
• 33 Autumn Blaze Maples
• 18 Redbuds
• 17 Skyline Locusts
• 13 Norway Spruces
• 10 Leatherleaf Viburnums (8 are still hanging in there! 😂)
• 9 Magnolia Bushes
• 5 Pin Oaks
• 3 Swamp White Oaks
• 3 October Glory Maples

Oh… and we’ve spread roughly 1,200 pounds of grass seed. 🌱 But who’s counting? 😅

💚 Fun fact: Once these trees reach maturity, they’ll collectively capture an estimated 6–10 tons of carbon dioxide every year. We love knowing that every guest who visits will get to enjoy a little more shade, a little more beauty, and a little more nature with each passing season.

🚧 Progress Update! 🚧

The adventure keeps rolling at Return to Roots Glamping Resort! 🌿✨

Our first two domes have been keeping guests smiling, and we’re now live on all the major booking platforms! We also gave our website a refresh, so it’s never been easier to plan your escape.

Now for the fun part… Dome 3 is really starting to come to life!

✅ Flooring is installed
✅ HVAC is in
✅ Bathroom is fully functional
✅ Kitchen cabinets are installed
✅ Trim is going up
✅ Backsplash installation has begun

Next up: paint, final finishes, cleaning, and staging! If all goes according to plan, we’re hoping to have it photo-ready the weekend after nextish. 🤞

And the momentum doesn’t stop there…

🏗️ Dome 4 now has drywall complete, flooring is scheduled to begin tomorrow, and it’s right on Dome 3’s heels. We’re hoping it’ll be ready just a couple of weeks later!
