Usually this innkeeper has no need to leave the village of Buxton very often during the summer months. Today, however, an errand in Hatteras Village took me right by the most awesome food truck and I’m so glad I stopped. On your next trip to Hatteras, stop by Toucana Grill located in the Teach’s Lair Marina parking lot and see Chef Tyler. And if Berries and Cream (strawberries, tres leches, orange blossom honey) happens to be on the menu that day, grab one for this innkeeper.😀It is delicious!
