And here's our favorite tip:

If you're flexible, ask the host.

“I'm looking at these dates, but I'm flexible. Do you have any dates that would be a better value?”

Talk to the host prior to booking! Theres usually always some flexibility 💫

Plot twist: We officially earned Superhost status... so apparently all the luxury towels, stocked coffee, spotless cleaning, and answering "Is the lake visible from the porch?" for the 437th time actually paid off. 😎
