Hive Rentals & Co 🚜 Now Hiring: CDL Driver / Equipment Technician
Hive Rentals & Co. is growing and looking for a reliable, hardworking team member to join our crew! We are an equipment rental business that takes pride in customer service, quality equipment, and getting the job done right.
Position: CDL Driver / Service Technician
Schedule: 40–50 hours per week + occasional weekends
Responsibilities
• Deliver and pick up rental equipment safely and efficiently
• Load and unload equipment on trailers
• Perform basic equipment inspections and maintenance
• Assist customers with equipment operation when needed
• Keep trucks, trailers, and yard organized and clean
• Support daily operations of the rental yard
• End dump experience a PLUS
Requirements
• Valid CDL (Required)
• Clean driving record
• Ability to load, and secure heavy equipment
• Dependable, self-motivated, and hardworking
• Good communication and customer service skills
Preferred (Not Required)
• Service technician or mechanical experience
• Knowledge of construction or rental equipment
• Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, lifts, or tractors
