rent costs are going to rise with the misanagment of the city .the fire deptment is being out souced .the city is messing with landlords by excessive code enforcement which force rents up .call the city and tell them you want change

come out to the antique mall ,they have a bobcat on the roof of the hotel they are demoing across the st .the big stuff should be coming in soon . open noon to 5pm every day but monday and tuesday call 815 389 3692

lots of investment and develpment going on around the antique . the majauira dispensary is coming along and the old hotel across the street is fenced off and should be down the end of year . who knows whats going in should help sales

the city of south beloit il is planning on taking our house due to code violations a ambulance call was made and they told the code enforcement about violations . my contractor contacted them about fixing it but he cant get on it soon enough so the city has fined us $32500. they wont work with us . this will displace a war veteran and set a presidence to weaponize the paramedics . if you are having problems with the city of south beloit please contact me we can talk
