4 years of Hiwassee River Retreat. 🖤🖤🖤🖤
Five years ago, we started building a dream together—with our own two hands. And today, we’re looking back with so much gratitude for how far God has brought us.
We didn’t just write a check and have someone build this place for us. We built it. Together. By hand. We poured our blood, sweat, tears, long days, sore bodies, and countless hours into every corner of Hiwassee River Retreat.
There’s a piece of us in this place. 🖤
What makes it even more meaningful is knowing that God didn’t just give us the opportunity to build a business—He gave us an opportunity to minister to marriages. To create a place where couples can slow down, reconnect, celebrate their love, make memories, renew their vows, and remember why they chose each other in the first place.
So when you stay with us, you’re not supporting a big corporation or an investment company. You’re supporting our family. You’re supporting a dream we physically built together, one board, one nail, one project at a time.
We are incredibly grateful for every guest who has trusted us with their anniversaries, honeymoons, elopements, vow renewals, and precious time together.
