In response to the recent loss of our beloved Calistoga Ranch to the Napa Valley Glass Fire, Auberge Resorts Collection has established the Auberge Assistance Fund, a relief initiative that will help struggling team members. Due to the extent of the damage, it is expected that it could take quite some time to rebuild the property, leaving many Calistoga Ranch team members without jobs for the foreseeable future.

We are working to place as many team members as possible in other roles in Napa and at properties across the entire Auberge Resorts Collection portfolio. Unfortunately, in this current environment, there will still be many employees who won't be able to find new roles. The funds raised will help employees rebuild their lives during this difficult time

The Auberge Assistance Fund launched with initial pledges of $50,000 from both Auberge Resorts Collection and the owners of Calistoga Ranch, for a total of $100,000.

Over the last two days, we have received an outpouring of support for our beloved Calistoga Ranch. The resort has touched so many lives in so many ways, and the amount of love we have for our team members, guests, homeowners, neighbors and our community is immeasurable.

The Napa community, the hospitality industry and everyone across the globe have seen major challenges in 2020. On Sunday, September 27th, Napa Valley authorities placed Calistoga Ranch under mandatory evacuation due to wildfires in the area. Most importantly, all of the resort guests, owners, and employees were safely evacuated.

However, we are saddened to share that Calistoga Ranch has been extensively damaged by the fires. We are currently working closely with Cal Fire to assess the full extent of the damage of our beloved resort. We will share more information as it becomes available.

If the past few years have shown us anything, it is that we are resilient when we stand together. We are grateful to our Ranch Family for all they have done and to the many first responders and firefighters who are continuing to work tirelessly to protect the homes, businesses, and the natural resources of the beautiful Napa Valley. The entire community remains in our thoughts and hearts. Thank you again for your continued love and support.
