The dust has settled and the kitchen is packed away till next year! You can still enjoy the Chef Showcase by going to the link below. We have the recipes from all our Chefs. Yesterday, I made Julie Hoskins Raita. Tonight, Joe Venezia's orecchiette. Can't wait to make La Luna's ceviche and Annie the Baker's peanut butter pie! We had a lot of great talent! Thanks to all the Chefs for their presentations and sharing their recipes with us!

Napa Smith Brewery will be at our Chef Showcase on July 4 at 8:30 pm. Stop by and have a taste of their pilsner and amber ale, and then stay and watch the fireworks right after. We'll be pairing the beers with homemade grilled sausages from Calmart. All part of Celebrate Napa Valley and the Napa County Fair and Fireworks. Napa Smith Brewery
