The Guest House at Trout Creek Vacay Rental - 3 BR w/Bunk Room. 5.5 miles off Hwy 96 on FM 1004E, Trout Creek, near Kirbyville, TX. The grounds around the house are beautiful and well tended.

The Guest House at Trout Creek is a family residence that has been converted to an inn. We call it a bed and breakfast but that term doesn't really describe it as we do not provide breakfast, or any meal for that matter. � I suppose what it technically is is a house that is available for rent on a short-term basis (not exceeding 2 weeks). You get to decide if you want to rent one bedroom ($50 per

night), 2 bedrooms ($100 per night), or all the bedrooms ($150 per night). The kitchen is fully equipped with a standard refrigerator/freezer/ice maker, stove/oven, double sink, and microwave. The kitchen is stocked with pots/pans, dishes, cooking & eating utensils, coffee maker, coffee, and the basics to be able to prepare a meal. There are one and half baths that are fully equipped with towels and linens, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is a carport on the front end of the house with a porch swing and sitting area. On the back side of the house is a covered patio with a sitting area, ceiling fan, and gas grill. There is a pond behind the house that you are permitted to visit if you don't mind being accompanied by the big, black, resident dog. He is totally friendly and will probably take a dip while visiting the pond. The Guest House is ready for you. All you have to do is walk in, unpack and relax!

Enjoy the stars, and the country atmosphere. Convenient to Sam Rayburn and Toledo Bend Lakes. Large living room, large fully equipped kitchen, one and a half baths, three queen bedrooms, a bunk room, which can sleep 6 comfortably or 8 if you’re young and nimble 🙃, covered patio, porch swing, and large grassy fenced yard. New rates effective January 2026: $150 per night for up to 4 people, $200 per night for 5+ people (includes cleaning fee and hotel occupancy tax). You will have the house to yourself. The Magnolia Festival in Kirbyville is coming fast - April 17-19, 2015. Reserve The Guest House at Trout Creek quick during the "We Don't Really Know What to Charge Yet" special of $125 per night for Friday and Saturday nights and $75 per night Sunday through Thursday nights. With that, you get the whole house - 3 bedrooms that sleep 2 each and the bunk room that can sleep up to 8. If you're not interested in the whole house (you'll still have access to all common areas) and don't mind sharing with strangers (it is a bed and breakfast after all), it's $50/bedroom or $75 for the bunkroom per night. Whoever reserves first, sets the tone. If we get a request for a single bedroom first, then there will be nothing but single bedrooms left for rent. If we get a request for the whole house first, the Guest House will be booked. Study long ... go wrong. LOL!
