Enjoy the eclipse at our open sky camping area. Approximately 10 acres available for tents or RV's. Watch from here or travel to your daily destination. Only 3.5 miles from Walker's Bluff & Moonstock. 6.3 miles to Carbondale and 12 miles to Makanda. Porta potties on site. Potable water available, hose/spigot.
NO electric. No fireworks or open fires unless you bring your own fire ring. A community fire pit will be available under non-windy conditions. Camp stove cooking is permitted.
Pets are allowed but must be leashed and under control at all times.
We have limited waterfront sites available. No lifeguard on duty. All campers required to sign a Release of Liability Waiver and wear provided identification at all times. Oakley Acres is not responsible for your campsite, any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to any person or property so Lock Up Your Stuff. Rates- $50 per night per person. $50 deposit encouraged to hold your site. 6 max per site. 1 vehicle per campsite. Additional charge for additional vehicles. Exceptions made for motorcycles.
