We’ve got the gang back together + new team mates and we’re so excited to open Norumbega’s restaurant for the season.

Enjoy delicious modern Peruvian plates featuring the best of Maine’s farms and fisheries, paired with Maine’s best cocktails and a tightly curated wine, beer, and NA bar list.

Beginning Sunday May 31st, we’ll be open weekly Saturday-Tuesday 5-8pm.

We’re excited to close out our Spring pop-ups with Crooked Spoon every Saturday night in May thru 5/23. Crooked Spoon has been the best partner this season and we’re so happy to be working with them (and eating their food every Sat night)! Join us this month!

Spring unfolds slowly but beautifully across the grounds—a perfect time to renew and re-invent.

After a brief hiatus we’re back in the restaurant with Crooked Spoon on Saturday 4/18 (Menu Slide 5) and our Bar+Bites service re-opens this Sunday 4/19 (Thurs-Sun) thru the end of May—spend a special stay with us before the bustle of summer!

While the bar remains available to our overnight guests each afternoon, our Bar+Bites service is taking a little hiatus and will not be open to the public from 4/1 through 4/17.

We will return on Saturday 4/18 with a Crooked Spoon pop-up from 5-8pm, and we’ll post menu details soon.

Dates for future pop-up restaurant nights are up on our website, and we are eagerly preparing to re-open Norumbega’s restaurant in late May.

Mornings at the Inn begin with freshly-ground coffee from Rock City Roasters (or a Nespresso in bed when you need it first thing), a buffet of fresh pastry, yogurts, homemade granola, meats, cheese and breads, plus a delicious hot dish from the kitchen. It sets your day off nicely, and you’re on vacation—so you might as well indulge!
