It’s Foodie Friday at Blue Harbor House Inn. One of Chef Lauren’s specials: spinach and artichoke quiche in a puff pastry crust, served with a watermelon, blueberry and feta salad with pistachios and a balsamic drizzle.

Greg went for a hike on the Maiden Cliff Trail this morning and I was a little worried he might not come back.

Not because he’d get lost, but because it looks like this at the top and he didn’t want to leave.

We took the family out on on a very windy afternoon and it was an adventure!

Captain Cory and Delfina were fantastic — they kept things fun, engaged the passengers, and made sure everyone got a turn pulling up the sails. The wind did the rest. The kids loved it.

Hard to say if it was the boat or the conditions, but either way it felt like the real thing out there on Penobscot Bay!

If you’re visiting Camden this summer, get out on the water. This one comes highly recommended.
