Our 2025R John Deere 4x4 tractor is easy to handle and has a variety of attachments to help you do what you need to do. It went out Friday for a weekend of work with 42” pallet forks and a backhoe attachment.
We picked it up this morning and switched to a 5’ grader box/Gannon on the rear and loader bucket on the front for someone else’s landscaping project tomorrow.
We recently purchased a 5’ brush hog/mower attachment for this tractor as well. The mower isn’t listed on the site, so please call if you have a need for it.

We are a local family with roots here in the Verde Valley. Bobbi was born in Cottonwood and I graduated from CVHS back when the new high school was actually new! Camp Verde has changed a lot since then, but it has kept the small town feel. It’s a great place to live and enjoy life away from the big cities!

Along with rural living comes the need to move dirt and move stuff! The idea to start a rental business in Camp Verde stemmed from our own needs for equipment to do the things we wanted to do. While acquiring tools and equipment over the years, we’ve learned one important lesson-Everything you own owns a piece of you!

For homeowners, business owners and “do it yourselfers”, it’s easy to rationalize the purchase of tools and equipment to do the things that need done. Often we’ve made our decisions on the purchase price alone without considering the maintenance, repairs, depreciation, deterioration and storage of the equipment. We’ve experienced bad fuel, flat or weathered tires, dead batteries, dry rotted hoses, leaks, faded paint and major mechanical failures with equipment which is sitting around taking up space most of the time! If you've had similar experiences, maybe renting makes sense for you!

The Ditch Witch track driven trencher has been a popular item this spring. The tracks offer more surface area than tires to keep you moving on the project! Here in Camp Verde, the trencher is great in good dirt, but not so effective in rocky soil. At my house, either the mini excavator a little further back in the picture or the John Deere tractor shown, but equipped with the available backhoe attachment is a better choice for digging a ditch.

Steve in Camp Verde will be giving this Caterpillar 239D a workout this weekend with his backyard landscaping project. The trailer we’re using to deliver to him went to Phoenix with a customer earlier this week to pick up a vehicle. Using a tilt trailer to load a vehicle or piece of equipment sure makes the work safer and easier! We have three tilt trailers to choose from. Our 12’ tilt is my favorite one to grab for moving smaller things. The trailer pictured here is a 16k lb. GVWR trailer with a 21’ overall bed length, 17’ tilts and the front 4’ is stationary.
