Beautifully maintained 2-bedroom, 2-bath seasonal rental available for a 6-month summer lease.

This bright and inviting home features large windows that fill the space with natural light, a spacious deck perfect for relaxing summer evenings, and a well-appointed kitchen with modern appliances ideal for cooking and entertaining. The home also includes a convenient laundry room and a comfortable layout designed for easy mountain living.

Nestled in the heart of the White Mountains, you’ll enjoy peaceful surroundings while being just a short drive from hiking trails, rivers, golf courses, restaurants, and all the outdoor recreation the area has to offer. Convenient access to I-93 makes exploring the Lakes Region and surrounding towns effortless.

This apartment is not pet friendly. $2400/mo includes internet, and heat up to $50/mo. Unit is available through Dec 3rd 2026 the latest. Any lease term of 184 days or less will be subject to NH Room and Meals Tax payable by the resident. Departure clean fee of $250 due on or before move-in.

Applicants are required to complete a $50 rental application and authorize a credit and background check.
